As founder and president of M.E.Mills Construction Ltd. in Canada for 20 years, Mark achieved great success in land development, new home completion & sales, mortgage funding and property management.
Having purchased property and single-handedly built his home from the ground up, he is well versed in all phases of owning and building in the TCI. As an eight year resident of Turks and Caicos, Mark has gotten to know the people and island very we; having been a past Rotary Club member, and also helping to establish our first Youth National Roller Hockey team.
